Shutdown all member in a DAG

* Dismount the databases (i.e. Get-MailboxDatabase | Dismount-Databases) to ensure that they will not switchover to the second node when shutting down the first node * Shutdown the Mailbox servers * Shutdown the File Share Witness * Shutdown AD etc

To bring online. * Make sure AD is online and functional in your site. * Start up the File Share Witness * Once the FSW it online, Bring up one Mailbox server at a time, then redistribute the databases.
